                         Motapa kesy hota hai or is ka ilaj



Hello dosto mera name Mohammad Gujjar hai or mai aj ap logn ko bataon ga k motapa kesy hota hai or is ka ilaj. motapy ka shikaar aj kal her inshan pr galib ho raha hai. Jo inshan apni meded k tahet bach jy to thake nai to koi nai bach sakta.

Motapa kesy galib hota hai:

Derasal inshan ki apni kami ki waja sy wo motapy mai involve ho jata hai. Zaida ter uratein motapy mai involve hoti hai wo is liya k wo zaida weight wala kam nai karti  or healthy khany kha leti hai.

Motapa 2 tariky sy hota hai:

Motapy ka Ilaj:
