Telenor and other network call charges are Rs. 1.5/30sec. SMS charges are Rs. 0.6 / SMS (both tax inclusive)

What is the download speed I’ll get when using data without bundles?

The default speed of the price plan is throttled at 50KBPS. To use internet at regular speed, please subscribe to your favorite add-ons.

What are the charges for the 50kbps speed data?

You will be charged at the regular rate of Rs.0.12/10 KB till you reach Rs.2 of usage, after which you will get 50MB data for the rest of the day. If you exceed this threshold, the same cycle is repeated.

What happens when I buy an Internet bundle or Social Pack?

You will get regular 3G speeds on usage of all 3G Internet bundles and Social Pack.

 What is the benefit of using the djuice Always On plan?

This plan gives you freedom from high regular Internet tariffs. If you exceed your 3G bundle limit or your phone uses background data when you don’t have an Internet bundle, you will not be charged more than Rs.2 for the day.
